Practice Policies
CONSULTATION: Initial visits are always on a one-time, consultation-only basis; no doctor-patient relationship is established until both patient and Dr. Atluri agree that this is appropriate.
FINANCIAL: No insurance accepted. Cash, Check, Credit, or Debit due time of service unless otherwise agreed. Patient responsible for submission of any health insurance claim for reimbursement of out-of-network outpatient medical or mental health care. Overdue payments may incur monthly interest and collections surcharges.
CANCELLATION: Requires one business day's notice (and at least 24 hours) otherwise charged full fee. Rescheduling requests considered.
EMERGENCY CARE: Call 911 or go to nearest emergency room.
